$18.85 - $28.30The Imaging Patient Assistant supports the Imaging department with patient transport, preparation of exam rooms prior to, during and following imaging procedures, and/or through performing clerical, film, and picture archiving and communication system (PACS) management support functions. This role may also perform front desk responsibilities if department needs require.
Major Responsibilities:
Assists patient in preparation for exam, provides basic instruction to patients regarding routine procedures, transports patients between exam rooms/departments and escorts patients, families, and visitors if department needs require.
