What You Will Do: Senior Producers must have outstanding leadership and teamwork skills, including working closely with Product Leadership to define and set production methodologies in support of creative pillars and product goals. A Senior Producer will own key features and pipelines from concept to completion. They will work closely with their team to build out schedules and deliverables, create team buy-in and understanding of team goals and how it relates to the project vision.

A Senior Producer will have extensive and broad experience (5 years minimum) in developing and shipping Live Service PC/console games, managing resources, creating schedules, developing budgets and working with internal & external teams to their projects.  

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to deliver on product deadlines with rapid development cycles while being the guardian over product quality in all phases of game development from concept to completion.
• Accountable for meeting budget and schedule goals of projects/their assigned portion of the project.
• Communicate the vision and priorities of features to the team while being accountable for outcomes.
• Build and maintain a healthy work environment and culture for your team.
• Work with discipline Leads and development team to determine resources necessary to complete projects.
• Identify changes in goals, scope, priority or direction, and understand and articulate the consequences and communicate accordingly.
• Work closely with the team to ensure proper monitoring and escalation of risks to the build, release schedule or live environment.
• Work with external stakeholders (Community, Publishing, Marketing, etc.) to ensure product messaging is effective and accurate.
• Mentors, assists and helps direct producers or associate producers on the team.
• Passionate about video games (especially strategy games), and knowledgeable about industry and product trends and how to apply that to the project.
• Own the outcome - you should be proposing solutions to problems you’ve identified before they impact your team.
• You will be established as a subject matter expert in your field owning complex assignments across disciplines or specialities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for the Live environment

What We Need 

• 5 Years minimum developing and shipping Live Service PC/console games.
• Experience with Source Control and branching methodologies.
• Experience building and managing schedules for cross-discipline feature teams.
