Senior Manager, Platform Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with various stakeholders to create and maintain ITSM platform strategy and roadmap, aligning with the business objectives
• Manage and execute key initiatives in the ITSM space to accomplish outcomes defined in the roadmap
• Lead the transformation of ITSM processes, driving organizational change and efficiency
• Oversee operational and capital expenditure budgets for the ITSM platform
• Define and track KPIs and operational metrics to measure ITSM platform effectiveness
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and communicate progress
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in ITSM initiatives
• Foster strategic business relationships to ensure ITSM alignment with organizational needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management / IT Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices
• Proven track record in leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant ITSM certifications highly desirable

Estimated total compensation for this position:

145,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
