Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Treasury Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of Treasury cash position reporting, forecasting, and control.
• Perform daily analysis and control of Treasury operations through bank portals and the ERP system.
• Support other financial initiatives as assigned.
• Assist with intercompany operating cash 3rd party documentation.
• Handle back-office documentation with banks and other departments.
• Support KYC and AML processes.
• Process manual payments based on provided documentation and work on process improvement.
• Provide intercompany funding to various entities.
• Work closely with banks, external auditors, and internal teams, including accounting, legal, tax, payroll, and accounts payable.
• Support FX and hedging strategies if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Treasury or Financial Analyst roles.
• Proficiency in using CitiBank bank portal and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML processes.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to jungle multiple conflicting priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Additional Information

Job Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in our Treasury department, providing direct support to the Treasury Manager and contributing to various financial initiatives. The primary responsibilities of this position include assisting in the preparation of cash position reporting, manage our 13 week forecast and control of Treasury operations, intercompany operating cash analysis, 3rd party documentation, KYC and AML processes, and supporting FX and hedging strategies. This role also involves close collaboration with internal teams, such as accounting, legal, tax, payroll, and accounts payable, as well as external auditors and financial institutions.
