About the job:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to improve company’s cash flow, liquidity, and profitability by effectively managing collection activities.
• Proactively contact customers via phone and email to negotiate and secure payment commitments.
• Provide timely and professional support regarding collection issues, discrepancies, and short payments.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve disputed receivables.
• Ensure accurate and timely cash application.
• Execute dunning procedures to follow up on outstanding balances.
• Partner closely with Credit Management, Customer Service, and Sales teams to mitigate collection risks.
• Collaborate with external customers to resolve receivable issues
• Ensure monthly collection targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to review debtor performance and address concerns.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and a proactive, reliable approach to assigned tasks.
• Take ownership of responsibilities delegated by the Collections Team Manager.

About you:

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to accuracy and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• 1–2 years of experience in Collections or finance role
• Familiarity with SAP (a plus) and strong Excel skills
• Fluency in both Portugese and English (required)
• A positive, can-do attitude and the motivation to grow within an international organization
