As the Director of Label Operations, you will be at the forefront of championing lean principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior results. Reporting directly to the SVP, Aftermarket, this role is pivotal in building a Kaizen-focused culture, driving automation, and implementing innovative software strategies to achieve operational success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Culture & Process Improvement:
• Cultivate a culture centered on operational excellence and Kaizen principles.
• Implement lean practices and standardize processes to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Capital Equipment Leadership:
• Drive automation initiatives to lower production costs.
• Manage ROI and capital requisitions while standardizing equipment across plants.
• Perform long-term resource planning to support organizational growth.
• Technology Strategy:
• Accelerate technology adoption to optimize label production operations.
• Identify and deploy tools for multi-plant planning and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance and seamless integration with broader business systems.
• Strategic Growth & Expertise:
• Act as a subject matter expert in label production operations.
• Lead initiatives tied to strategic growth, acquisitions, and integrations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of proven success in label converting, commercial print, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Familiarity with Syteline or similar ERP systems.
• High emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical and creative thinking abilities.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with MS SQL Management Studio, Conditional Logic, or SQL Query Writing.
