About the Role:                   

The School Based - Supervisor of Staff (“Supervisor”) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s School Based Therapists (“Division”) Division. The Supervisor organizes, administers, and oversees clinical staff across all school-based therapy teams. The Supervisor coordinates and provides professional leadership in the provision of clinical crisis response services in accordance with program objectives, clinical guidelines, procedures, and company goals. Additionally, the Supervisor will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Program Manager.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Ensures accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards to ensure team is meeting internal and external customer needs.
  • Develop long and short-term goals for the team that are consistent with program and organizational goals.
  • Train and evaluate staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.
  • Participates in the selection process for internal and external candidates for the program staff.
  • Conducts timely audits to ensure compliance with Community Reach Center goals, policies, State, and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and documentation.
  • Provide direct consumer consultation and care utilizing evidence-based practice models; develop, evaluate, and modify programs as required.
  • Provide oversight to ensure compliance with the standards for compliance with standards of care provided by any and all licensing, accrediting, and oversight agencies.
  • Interfaces with local and state policy makers, community leaders and providers in the treatment focus area to assess needs and develop and implement programming as determined to be necessary.
  • Maintain and distribute the program budget.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or directly related field is required.
  • Be licensed in Colorado as an LP, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • 2+ years of direct supervisory experience is required.
  • Prefer experience working with the psychiatric rehabilitation model.

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Salary:

$69,000-76,000/yr

Eligible for a Bilingual Stipend of $250/month
