Position Requirements

What you'll need..

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required
• 11+ years of consumer and/or employee insights experience OR 8+ years leadership and consumer insights experience
• Superior ability to assist in design and interpretation of research. Able to succinctly summarize results, providing insights for the firm at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to quickly engage and inspire a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and lead/contribute to multiple large-scale efforts concurrently without losing focus on the users point of view.
• Lead engagements with multiple, complex workstreams coaching and providing support to achieve results through others.
• Detailed understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and sampling designs; desire to deepen understanding of current and emerging techniques
• General knowledge of research vendors and the ability to assist in the selection of research vendors
• Knowledge or experience in behavioral-based research or psychology/human behavior, including exposure to employee or customer experience principles (with experience in multiple areas preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of how to conduct and organize pilot programs, observations, and focus groups.

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
