AGCO is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Product Solution Specialist Lead to join the Team.

 

The Production Solution Speacialist (PSS) Lead is responsible for leading a PSS Team who act as the bridge between the Delivery Team and stakeholders.

The PSS Team provides training and documentation to the Digital Support Center, Digital Transformation Office and Training Department, while acting as Level 2 support for incoming stakeholder feedback.The PSS Lead owns the end-to-end support process.

 

The position requires a dynamic collaborator who can effectively build bridges between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Parts, Service, Quality and IT) and teams that support external entities (Partners, Dealers, etc.); persuasively breaking down roadblocks when necessary. Candidates must be Leaders who are able to claerly communicate AGCO's goals and instill a performanced-based culture with a "Farmer First" attitude across diverse business units.

 

Your Impact

• Colaborate directly with customers, Business Owners, Quality Assurance Teams and Solution Management to verify system requirements and understand market forces, desired economic outcomes and broader solution vision influencing product strategy
• Own the full life cycle of user feedback; identify trends in user feedback that indicates gaps (training materials, system functionality and/or UI/UX), differentiate between technical issues, training requirements and potential product enhancements; then inform users of outcome
• Evolve solutions and synchronize frequently with Product Managers; providing them with accurate business context and feedback on the feasibility of implimentation
• Enable continuous feedback loop by involving stakeholders and customers frequently in Continuous Exploration, PI Planning and System Demos
• Contribute to Feature Prioritization with Weighted Short Job First (WSJF) and participate in Area Release Train (ART) events such as Adapt activities, bi-weekly System Demos, Solution Demos and PI Syastem Demos; actively imparting knowledge, collecting feedback and addressing product-related issues

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent education
• 10+ years of Commercial/Digital IT (Salesforce) experience. Recommended Salesforce certifications include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Community Cloud Consultant
• Experience with integration and data management tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud and Demand Tools and Agile Methods (e.g. SAFe)
• Relevant experience in Software Development and Program/Project Delivery on an Enterprise level (preferably in Agriculture or another Engineering industry)
• Expert knowledge in digital product support, change management, transition planning, system development lifecycles, program/project management and fielding of business applications in a large-scale enterprise with complex (regional, global and muti-brand) organizational and IT structures
