Overview

Utah State University's Bastian Agriculture Center seeks a dependable Office Support professional to oversee administrative tasks, facilitating a smooth workflow for the team. Responsibilities encompass bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will excel in prioritization, thrive with minimal supervision, and demonstrate self-motivation and trustworthiness

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring boarding clients
• Managing reservations
• Designing flyers and postings
• Maintaining the calendar
• Supporting office staff

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Strong team player skilled in fostering trust among customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated productivity and solid work ethic to consistently accomplish tasks.
• Dependable and committed contributor striving for excellence.
• Proactive self-starter comfortable with minimal supervision.
• Openness to acquiring new skills and techniques

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
