Job Description
The Administrative Assistant in this job-share role provides essential support both as a front desk receptionist and as a general administrative assistant across the organization. This position is designed to split time approximately 50/50 between managing front desk operations and supporting administrative, event, and accounting functions.
This role serves as the primary front desk presence and provides broad administrative support across the organization. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing phone and mail communications, supporting basic accounting processes, coordinating internal events, and assisting with administrative projects. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing reception duties with behind-the-scenes administrative support.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative, receptionist, or office operations roles
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Experience supporting events, meetings, or basic accounting/document processes
