Job Description

The Production Operator-Temporary is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and begin growing your career in the glass manufacturing industry.  This role will learn many different aspects of our business to provide value where needed. 

The Production Operator-Temporary should have:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Be highly safety conscious
• A desire to learn and grow within our industry

The Production Operator-Temporary will:

• Understand carton quality requirements and perform checks to ensure those requirements are met
• Attends palletizers, supplying pallets and tier sheets
• Operates controls and insures that tiers are properly formed and transported
• Rotate/transfer among departments as directed

Hourly Pay: $21.33/hr

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is a plus
• Able to work rotating shifts, as well as holidays and weekends as required
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
