Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients and team members

• Support senior account representatives in project execution

• Prepare reports and analyze account data

• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs

• Ensure high-quality service and fast issue resolution

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
