As a Security Officer - Patrol Unarmed in Green Bay, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a positive environment for all on site. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help discourage unwanted activity, and providing outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be assigned to patrol designated areas by vehicle and/or foot. Pay Rate: $20.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance needs within the location.
• Assist in controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Maintain detailed logs and prepare written reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
