RESPONSIBILITIES

Support our culturally diverse and dynamic team for 5-6 months as part of your mandatory internship in the field of personnel transfers. During your internship, you work in the Transfer Services team and support in both day-to-day business and project work.

• From day one, you are actively involved in all phases of a transfer, including administrative support.
• You are a part of the Transfer Services team, and work closely with the Transfer Consulting team on daily activities as well as projects.
• Additionally, you have the opportunity to contribute your ideas for process optimization and support implementation initiatives.
• You contribute to and support the development of knowledge management in the team.
• You have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and expand your network.

QUALIFICATIONS

• enrolled student and ideally initial experience abroad
• affinity for IT programs and interest in digitalization
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• strong communication skills in German and English
• ability to work in a team and openness to new ideas
