At Data Analytics Solutions – Emerging Technologies, we’re reimagining how Artificial Intelligence can strengthen our cybersecurity posture and help the enterprise stay ahead of technology risks. We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence who can bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to our AI team. This dual-role opportunity combines visionary AI leadership with agile execution. In this role, you’ll lead a talented group of data scientists and machine learning engineers as they develop next-generation AI solutions — from traditional models to Agentic AI based solutions. At the same time, you'll serve as a Scrum Lead, ensuring we stay organized, focused, and adaptive in our delivery. Your work will connect AI innovation directly to real-world impact, enabling smarter risk decisions, faster threat detection, and better operational resilience.

Responsibilities

AI Solution Leadership

• Guide the team through the full AI lifecycle — from understanding business challenges to deploying production-ready models.
• Lead the development of machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models tailored to cybersecurity and risk management.
• Lead the build of scalable AI solutions using architectures like LLMs, Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering best practices.
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to internal model governance, privacy policies, and model risk management standards.
• Establish robust evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Machine Learning and Generative AI models, iteratively improving their performance.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Lead for the data science delivery team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Translate business goals into structured user stories and sprint deliverables in partnership with Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to manage cross-team dependencies, track OKRs, and resolve blockers.
• Champion continuous improvement within the team, boosting delivery velocity and Agile maturity over time.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with partners across Information Security, Technology Risk, Engineering, Product, and Governance teams to ensure alignment.
• Participate in technical design discussions to ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with enterprise systems.
• Support MLOps enablement and DevSecOps practices to promote secure, scalable deployment of AI capabilities.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team, fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and shared learning.
