We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Raleigh. This entry-level position plays a key role in supporting client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, and assisting in the execution of brand strategies. You will work closely with account managers and creative teams to meet client expectations and project goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and account activities

• Support account managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project deliverables are met

• Monitor timelines and help manage project schedules

• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up

• Conduct market and competitor research as needed

• Maintain accurate records of account documentation and project updates

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
