Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), you will be the driving force behind alignment, operational excellence, and governance leadership across our global procurement function. We’re looking for a visionary leader with deep expertise in procurement, a commanding executive presence, and the ability to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives with precision. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and are eager to shape the future of procurement on a global scale, this is your moment to lead and make a lasting impact.</p> <p><span><strong>Possible working locations:</strong></span> The Netherlands, Germany, Croatia, UK/IE &amp; Poland</p><h2><b>How you’ll spend your day</b></h2> <p>•    Strategic Support &amp; Planning: Act as a strategic thought partner to the CPO and leadership team, supporting the development and execution of the global procurement functional strategy.<br/>•    Operational Excellence: Organize and drive functional performance reviews and provide insights, commitment timelines, and operational dashboards across procurement categories, regions, and key initiatives.<br/>•    Leadership Coordination: Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda setting, meeting orchestration, and follow-up on action items to ensure accountability.<br/>•    Program Management: Lead selected high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.<br/>•    Budget Oversight: Partner with Finance to track departmental budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocations.<br/>•    Change Management: Champion change initiatives across the global procurement function and support organizational design and development.</p><h2><b>Your experience and qualifications</b></h2> <ul> <li>Extensive leadership experience in procurement, operations, consulting, or corporate strategy, with a track record of successfully guiding teams, projects, or key initiatives.</li> <li>Expertise in procurement governance, sourcing, and supplier management within global environments, with a strategic approach to driving operational excellence.</li> <li>Strong ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Exceptional program management and executive-level communication skills, ensuring clarity, influence, and impact at all levels.</li> <li>A strategic mindset with proficiency in data analytics and procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tableau), or a keen ability to leverage technology for efficiency and innovation.</li> <li>A commitment to integrity, discretion, and professionalism, serving as a trusted leader in shaping a high-performing procurement function.</li> <li>Skills: <ul> <li>Visionary strategist with a results-driven mindset, seamlessly balancing long-term planning with decisive execution.</li> <li> <p>Exceptional relationship-builder, fostering collaboration and trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, demonstrating agility and resilience in navigating complexity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Culturally aware and globally minded, adept at working across geographies and adapting to varied business landscapes.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul><h2><b>Reports To</b></h2> <p>Chief Procurement Officer </p><h2><b>Pre-employment verification</b></h2> <p> </p> <p>All job offers at Teva Poland are preceded by pre-screening candidates.
