Summary of Job Duties:

The Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) serves as a member of the Family Treatment Program’s interdisciplinary team, providing trauma-informed assessment and treatment services to children, adolescents, and families. The program specializes in treating within-family sexual abuse, children with sexual behavior concerns, and youth who have engaged in illegal sexual behavior.

The LCSW conducts diagnostic assessments and provides individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The position also collaborates with community agencies, participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning, maintains timely clinical documentation, and provides supervision to trainees.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field PLUS Five (5) years of experience working with children and adolescents affected by sexual abuse or sexual behavior concerns
