The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.

As a Sr Salesforce Billing Administrator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive system improvements, and provide valuable insights to streamline our billing processes.
What You Will Do
- Administer and configure Salesforce Billing, maintaining product catalog, price books, order products, contracts, invoicing logic, and subscription billing rules to align with business processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine billing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and implement best practices
- Continuously evaluate and improve our implementation of Salesforce Billing to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
- Provide assistance and training to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience for both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with data teams to manage integrations between Salesforce Billing and other systems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce Billing configurations, processes, and training materials
- Define the standards for monitoring the overall health of billing processes and underlying systems with reports, dashboards, queries, and other relevant tools
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%

Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud administration
- In-depth knowledge of quote to cash process, Salesforce Billing, and financial back-office systems for General Ledger/Invoicing
- Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of Salesforce CPQ/Billing
- Understanding of financial processes and billing workflows
- Experience with integration between Salesforce Billing and systems such as Great Plains
- Experience writing queries in SQL/SOQL
- Understanding of revenue recognition and recurring revenue
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with finance and accounting teams and other internal stakeholders within the organization
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Salesforce certifications – Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or CPQ Specialist
- Experience in an Agile Scrum environment
