About the Team
This is a pivotal time for the marketing team at Permutive. We’re purposefully expanding the team, with the ambitious goal of achieving significant growth and cementing our market-leading position. We are a small but mighty team of believers, and we are serious about evolving our function. To achieve this, we’re looking for individuals with specific expertise, and this is one of the key roles for our evolution.

What you’ll be doing
- A proven global Communications Leader, with a B2B SaaS background, you’ll be responsible for building and owning a full stack Communications and Customer Advocacy function for scale, creating and executing a category leading strategy at pace, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Setting up the global Communications function for scale, whilst building robust Internal Communications, Employee & Customer Advocacy, Brand & Talent Brand, Analyst Relations, Investor Relations and Community programmes.
- Set ambitious goals, and define strategic and executional priorities, creating the infrastructure to deliver them.
- Be a key architect of our Brand story, offering data-driven guidance, and testing and iterating over time
- Partner with our marketing teams on integrated campaigns, helping to guide our acquisition strategy
- Work closely with the go-to-market teams to find news and customer stories, and build data-based narratives, whilst also finding ways to support deal outcomes.
- Build our social advocacy strategy, and roll out the processes and tools to deliver.
- Be our domain expert, helping guide the wider strategies of the business
- Lean on your experience of Customer Advocacy to create a world class programme, leading the community, and finding value for all parties.
What you’ll need?
- Extensive experience of leading external Communications teams in multi-geography scale-up environments, and delivering above expectations on all metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong presentation pedigree, with executive presence
- Proven track record in all Communications functions, able to set challenging goals and execute successfully.
- Expertise in building teams, internal and external, virtual and structural, and building a compelling vision for all
- Passion for storytelling, and an accomplished news hound
- Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-functional capacity
- Exceptional project management skills, and experience of handling multiple projects, end-to-end
- Metrics-driven, analytical mindset
- A bias for action, and ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous change
- A competitive spirit, a history of helping Brands punch above their weight

What we are offering...
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between $265,000 to $285,000 with a 20-25% performance-based bonus.
