Replay Operators (PT) Live events

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is currently seeking experienced part-time Replay Operators for live events. As a Replay Operator, you will be responsible for capturing and analyzing live footage during sporting events and other live shows.

Responsibilities

• Capture live footage and provide instant replay during events
• Analyze plays and select the most impactful angles for replay
• Operate Ross Mira+ replay and editing software to create and distribute replays
• Work closely with the production team to ensure prompt and accurate replays
• Collaborate with event officials to respond to their replay requests
• Maintain proper documentation and logs of all replays

Requirements

• Two years prior replay operator experience in live events
• Prior experience operating Ross Mira+ replay system
• Knowledge/understanding of various sports rules and guidelines preferred
• Ability to make quick decisions and select the most relevant footage for replays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly; Direct Deposit required.

Hourly Rate Range: starting $20 per hour, depending on experience level; FLSA status: non-exempt

Work Shifts:

• Shift: average 5 hours per event
• Times/Days: varies; mainly evenings/nights and weekends; few day shifts available depending on event schedule.
• Minimum: must be available to work at least 1 shift every month
