Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to support complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, system documentation, and Agile methodologies.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

• Analyze business needs and document functional requirements for development projects.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials.
• Ensure compliance with CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and best practices.
• Support Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Work with HIPAA data and ensure data security compliance.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking and collaboration.
• Write and execute SQL/PLSQL queries (Oracle preferred).

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex IT systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements.
• 8+ years of experience with test plan and test case development.
• 5+ years of experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development and test-driven development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.

Preferred Skills:

• • 5+ years of experience in SQL and/or PL/SQL (Oracle Preferred).

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

•  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
