Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.

As an Administrative Staff Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of park contact stations, oversee customer service and financial operations, and mentor a team dedicated to providing outstanding public service. Through routine park engagement, you'll help educate visitors on park rules, promote safety and conservation, and contribute to an enjoyable and welcoming environment for all.

We Require

  • Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • A combination of professional-level and/or supervisory-related experience may substitute for the education or experience qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Other Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Arizona Driver’s license or obtain one by the time of hire

  • Working various shifts and locations, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to collect revenue in an outdoor climate where temperatures may exceed 100 degrees
