This intern will actively support the NOAM FF organization in the execution of meaningful project management tasks and presentations. Through hands-on creative collaboration you will work on all facets of the FF division to help develop solutions to drive business growth and enhance productivity; while gaining valuable insights into the fragrance industry. Your creativity, passion, and enthusiasm will be key to delivering service excellence Givaudan offers to their clients.

 

In this position you will:

• Support the development of the FF Library in NYC office, manage and update the physical library as needed, and develop the library in partnership with the RDG FF team

• Provide administrative support to assist in the daily operations of the FF team in NYC

• Develop and maintain 'brand book' overviews on key strategic clients, as well as sourcing market samples for presentations

• Assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to sampling, labeling, shipping, client base management, blotter labeling, ordering materials, Excel data entry

• Organize, catalog and streamline internal product storage
