Robert Half is seeking a Digital Visual Designer III to be a part of the Brand Design Studio team. As a Digital Visual Designer III, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing innovative design strategies for our brand presence. You will lead creative development, mentor junior designers, and ensure that all design deliverables align with our visual brand identity. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong grasp of design theory, and the ability to manage complex design projects from concept to production.
Specific responsibilities include:
Create visually appealing designs for digital assets such as websites, mobile apps, and social media
Utilize design principles such as hierarchy, balance, and typography to communicate key messages.
Generate and present design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind creative choices.
Partner with User Experience (UX) teams to analyze research and gain insights into target audience preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and establish design requirements.
Mentor junior designers in creative strategy development and concept ideation.
Provide guidance on design principles, and best practices
Create comprehensive design concepts and visual strategies.
Develop infographic layouts, mood boards, and brand style guides.
Produce campaign assets, thought leadership content, and graphics for digital advertising.
Qualifications:
BA or equivalent in related fields
Minimum of 5-9 years of progressive experience in digital design, with a focus on brand development and storytelling.
Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and executing digital design projects from ideation to final delivery.
Extensive portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including branding, web design, interactive media, and digital campaigns.
Experience leading design projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting design concepts to clients.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Expert level of proficiency using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
