About the role

Your main tasks in this role are:

As a Strategic Global Mobility Consultant you will be developing strategic HR initiatives focusing on balancing assignee experience and assignment costs
You will be designing and internationally aligning Global Mobility policies and processes (international assignments and permanent relocations) for ALDI SÜD Group
Cooperating with internal stakeholders across diverse countries and business Units is part of your tasks
In this role you will be organising and conducting global meetings for cross-national knowledge building and best-practise Exchange
Additionally, you will be preparing stakeholder presentations for strategic decision-making
You will be coordinating and improving global services in collaboration with external partners (relocation service provider, tax advisor, health insurance)

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed studies in the area of business administration, human resources or similar
You already possess relevant work experience in Global Mobility
You have a good understanding of the principles of immigration, tax and social security frameworks
You possess business-fluent English skills
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Your strong communication skills and conceptual competence will benefit you in excelling in this role
An analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with ‘hands-on’ mentality describe you
You are self-driven, resilient, and open-minded, and thrive working in an international team
