The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support the Line Side Control Center (LSCC) in Renton, Washington.
The selected candidate will be a leader with the ability to partner cross-functionally with other organizations to quickly address production constraints. A successful manager will work to achieve team and program goals while prioritizing and continuously fostering a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality, and safety.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes and leads process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
3+ years of experience using continuous improvement tools and techniques
3+ years of experience in Process Management, Lean, and/or One Boeing Production System (BPS)
Ability to work any shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working on the 737 Program
5+ years of experience working in a team-based environment
Experience working at the Line Side Control Center (LSCC)

Summary pay range: $126,000 – $154,000
