JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of social media production, including strategic planning, content creation, project management, analytics, and client relationship management. You will act as the central point of contact between creative, operational, and client-facing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful content that aligns with client goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning and Client Management: Lead client onboarding processes and establish content strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via iMessage, email, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ensure five business days of approved content are always ready.
• Content Creation and Production: Collaborate on creative ideation and script development with team members.
• Guide production planning and provide on-set or remote assistance as needed.
• Manage all scripting for clients, leveraging research on apps like TikTok and using AI tools to draft scripts with compelling hooks.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Coordinate with video editors, social media coordinators, and other team members to meet project timelines.
• Maintain detailed workflows and production schedules.
• Track client approval processes in ClickUp and ensure timely follow-ups.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:

• Oversee posting, engagement, and accuracy of content.
• Manage link-in-bio tools like Beacons to ensure functionality and lead generation.

ANALYTICS AND REPORTING:

• Track social media metrics and lead generation stats.
• Provide performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
