About This Opportunity:
As the Director of Segment Marketing you will be a part of a global Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP, Growth Marketing. You will enable Docebo to accelerate pipeline and wins in both existing and new market segments with an emphasis on our enterprise segment, while growing our majors and commercials segments with the support of internal teams. You’ll align with the company's north stars across all products, regions, and channels through SOM expansion and Share of Wallet Maximization.  

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and articulate Docebo value proposition for the enterprise market, and defining tactics to maximize lead generation, opportunities and wins. 
  • Provide vision and guidance in collaboration with internal/external resources to produce engaging segment-specific marketing assets and content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized across the organization.
  • Leverage market research, competitive analysis, pricing analytics, member engagement, and business planning to develop robust segment plans based on segment needs, right to win, and potential.
  • Present pipeline performance summary monthly on progress (for focus market).
  • Influence product owners, marketing leaders, and channel executives on key segmentation and deepening initiatives and drives organizational change through partnership, collaboration, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales on upstream strategic and programmatic segment-specific aspects of the marketing plan to define competitive positioning, personas, value propositions, and messages.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to align on campaign objectives, timeline, and tactics to drive awareness, interest, and demand within the segments. 
  • Identify TAM, SAM and Market Share. Monitor markets, industries, companies, competitors, and sales activities to identify expansion opportunities. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 8 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing program development & implementation.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in building, leading and/or developing impactful teams.
  • Strong experience driving enterprise marketing strategies and programs to drive measurable revenue-generating outcomes.
  • Proven track record to influence and drive decisions across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate a vision, define clear objectives, and measure success.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Demonstrated accomplishments leading customer segmentation and/or deepening teams in large SaaS organizations.
  • Significant leadership wins creating and executing enterprise-wide strategies across multiple lines of business and products.
  • Deep understanding of the system and process nuances between sales and marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS market research and turning analysis and insights into business strategy.
  • Nice-to-have: Deep knowledge and understanding of the L&D, to include the regulatory environment and competitive trends.
  • Skilled at working in a sophisticated, highly matrixed organization
