Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Ford vehicles in line with Ford specifications and guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring all repairs meet high standards and recommending additional services as needed.
Guest Interaction: Communicate effectively with guests by providing clear explanations of the work performed, completing informational videos, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of each job, including parts used and time spent. Keep our Status+ system updated with real-time repair progress and notes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Service Technician with a specialization in Ford vehicles preferred.
Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and Ford certifications highly desirable; a valid driver’s license is required.
Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
