Global Commercial Finance Lead

Job Description

The Global Production Commercial organization is growing and looking for a Client Commercial Finance Lead / Manager. The role will support Global Client Leads and Commercial Directors across key global clients. There is a breadth of both general client management activities and interesting strategic projects that need support. This is an exciting role with strong growth prospects.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Assist broader team where necessary on RFPs & pricing, client onboardings, client financial management and ad hoc tasks and projects

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• RFPs & pricing:
  • Develop pricing strategies and methodologies, manage financial aspects of RFP submissions, work through contractual aspects
• Client onboarding:
  • Managing procurement relationship, managing internal communications around client pricing, SLAs etc, developing an understanding of tax implications for various invoicing strategies, developing client commercial ways of working
• Client financial management:
  • Monitoring financial performance of assigned clients and advising on ways to improve, assisting Client Leads with reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance against SLAs and other contractual terms
• Ad hoc tasks & projects:
  • Supporting development of standardized reporting, developing intercompany ways of working, supporting automation projects

Qualifications

Desired requirements:

• Experience working in a global role, preferably within the advertising production, or broader advertising space
• Experience with procurement negotiations and direct client interactions
• Experience working in a finance, commercial or FP&A role
• Strong excel skills
• PowerBI/Tableau or other BI skills would be an advantage
• Experience with pricing and building financial models
• Experience with contracts and working with legal teams
