Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and purchase American transportation resources, including Drayage, FTL, LTL, etc., through professional evaluation and selection of quality service providers, negotiate and control reasonable costs;
• Responsible for daily supplier management, including business management, contract management, KPI management and replacement management, etc., to ensure that service providers meet operational requirements; the daily operation of the trailer after the port, including container pickup, warehouse delivery, empty-return, aging and customer complaints, to provide customers with high-quality and stable service quality;
• Promote self-operated/class self-operated mode, including independent procurement of owners and own vehicles/drivers, and precipitation of independent operation capabilities and processes.
• Responsible for the operation and management of trailers behind the port, and improve cost competitiveness and profitability through revenue and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual with Chinese preferred
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking ability with more than 3 years of work experience in the U.S. transportation industry;
• Can endure hardships, have the entrepreneurial spirit, have the momentum to expand the territory;
• Have a strong fast learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility and communication and coordination skills.
