Position: Hospice After Hours & On Call RN ( AHOC RN )

Location: Benton Franklin County

Type: Salaried, Hybrid

Anticipated Schedule: 7 shifts per 2-week pay period, 4:30 pm to 8:00 am. Every other weekend.

What You'll Do

• Be on-call during evening/overnight hours to respond to triage calls and provide in-home hospice care as needed.
• Collaborate with the second on-call nurse to assess and prioritize patient needs.
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care aligned with patient and family wishes.
• Document visits accurately and maintain open communication with the care team.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State, or obtain within 60 days of hire if you have a multi-state license.
• Ability to respond to In-Home in Benton and Franklin County, Washington State (This is a hybrid position and requires in person support)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice or palliative care preferred).
• Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
• A heart for hospice care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered support.

Hiring Range: $77,968.80/annually - $120,851.64/annually

Position Pay Range: $75,316.80/annually - $156,603.20/annually
