As Senior program manager, you will be powering eCom Strategy, Transformation and Delivery unit. You’ll join extremely dynamic and independent team, where you will be heavily involved in influencing the strategy to enter new green field markets.

As well as your individuality and personality, Nets are looking for a colleague who have:

• Strong proven experience of large and complex cross-BU eCommerce projects
• Broad knowledge of program and delivery management at a senior level - essential
• Prior experience working in a Payments Organisation is essential
• General eCommerce domain knowledge including payments and various alternate payment types - essential 
• Strong communication skills, tailored to large cross-country organisations, especially in remote working environments
• Strong experience of stakeholder management at all levels of organisation
• Strong innovation experience and use of the latest tools 
• Highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines at a fast pace
• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in finding solutions to problems
• Technical background, understanding of Cloud technologies, and able to manage the end to end delivery of technical or business projects 

This role is open for our German locations: Munich, Eschborn, Frankfurt!

Qualifikationen

Your professional qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years’ industry experience minimum in a related role
• Previous experience in Program delivery and tooling 
• Working in an international and diverse environment
• Experience or familiarity with regulated environments and the ability to give guidance on that
• Fluency in English and German is required
