We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help us keep LP Flats running smoothly and looking its best.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our residents feel at home—safe, comfortable, and cared for. You’ll help maintain the community through routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and quick responses to service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance, and carpentry work
• Complete apartment make-readies for new move-ins
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and property
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors when needed
• Ensure all tasks meet safety and building code standards

Job requirements

• Prior experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend emergency calls
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
