Training and Development, Senior Support

Responsibilities

he Peraton Training Department is seeking a Training Coordinator to work with this dynamic team.  

 

Individuals must live in/near Loveland CO or Slippery Rock PA.  This position is 50/50 Remote/Work-From-Home but has the potential to be 100% Work-From-Home when in-office work is not required.  

 

• The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing class lists and assuring timely communication with students prior to session start across all contracts.
• This position will provide timely and regular updates on class attendees to managment/supervisory staff, sending lists, communicating adds/drops, and updating results within the LMS and other Peraton systems.  
• This position will work closely with other Shared Services departments including Human Resources, Recruiting and Security to pull data for various customer inspections.
• Use data from LMS to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
• Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
• Assist Trainers with collection of signature documents and update daily assignment trackers. 
• Other duties may be assigned as needed/warranted.
• Confers with management, employees, and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS clearance
• 4 years of administrative experience 
• 4+ years using Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in Excel
• 1 year of experience performing detail-oriented tasks
• HS Diploma 

Preferred:

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage workloads and projects with a strong attention to detail

Target Salary Range

$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
