Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of executive and administrative support duties
• Provide administrative support to the SVP-Chief HR Officer
• Review, monitor, and process team member transactions via Workday
• Conduct quarterly budget support functions
• Audit HRIS data and respond to audit information requests
• Make travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, and address customer inquiries
• Create documents, presentations, letters, and maintain reports for the Human Resources area
• Serve as a companywide resource for HR transactions within the area of expertise

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Three years of administrative support experience assisting an executive-level leader or multiple teams
• Knowledge of Workday preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and accurate keyboarding skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Superior organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines
• Excellent proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
