What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and community settings

• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and record behavioral data accurately

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Passion for working with children

• Patience, dependability, and a willingness to learn

• Ability to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (unpaid, with bonus opportunity of up to $900 upon completion milestones)

• Minimum 6-month commitment
