What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and community settings

Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills

Follow individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Collect and record behavioral data accurately

Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Passion for working with children
-
Patience, dependability, and a willingness to learn

Ability to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (unpaid, with bonus opportunity of up to $900 upon completion milestones)

Minimum 6-month commitment
