Position: Full-Time, Second Shift (4 - 8 Hour Shifts; 1430-2300)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Radiology Tech Team Lead to oversee the daily flow of patients and coordinate exam assignments in our busy department. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of care, and mentor fellow technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily department workflow and staff productivity
• Oversee quality control for all equipment
• Assist in imaging exams, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Administer contrast media and assist with invasive procedures
• Lead, train, and support the radiology team
• Coordinate patient and technologist schedules in the absence of the Coordinator
• Handle staffing issues and report equipment malfunctions

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• KBMIRT and ARRT certification within 90 days of hire
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Management experience preferred
