The Medtronic Global Cyber and Information Security Office (GCISO) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Cybersecurity Information Assurance Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks across the organization. As a senior member of the team, you will provide expertise in risk management, compliance, and security strategy, while also playing a key role in driving initiatives to ensure the protection of sensitive data, particularly in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance our cybersecurity posture, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other industry standards.

• Defines requirements for business continuity, operations security, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance, internal counter-espionage (insider threat detection and mitigation), physical security analysis (including facilities analysis, and security management) to best protect company assets.
