Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Provides administrative and clerical support to customers, providers, facilities, and staff by disseminating information electronically and face to face for Home Based Services. Supports HBS operations by promoting the efficient operation of the organization. Other Items of Note:
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college or business coursesRequired Skills:
Knowledge of general office and administrative practices/procedures. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of office machines: copier, fax, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Home Care Home Bases, Meditech Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Required Experience:
Experience in general clerical/administrative assistant environment.
Preferred Experience:
General clerical/administrative assistant experience; experience with multi-line phones; experience in healthcare environment.
