The role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Legora!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes across our Tech and Product teams — hiring AI Engineers, Designers, Fullstack Engineers, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we hire the right people at the right time.

What you will be doing:

• Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes — from briefing to offer — for roles within engineering, AI, product, and design
• Build world-class teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand needs and find the best talent
• Develop and strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team, making sure the world knows why Legora is a great place to work.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our values and culture at every touchpoint.
• Continuously improve our recruitment processes by bringing new ideas, tools, and ways of working that help us scale smarter and faster

Who you are

• You have a couple of years of experience hiring for tech, product, and design roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• You are a true team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you’re comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• You take immense pride in building organizations and know how critical each hire is to the bigger picture.
• You’re highly organized and thrive when owning and driving multiple recruitment processes independently.
• You are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making with data, insights, and deep market understanding.
