Onix Hospitality - Guest Services Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team at Onix Hospitality. The Guest Services Representative will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
3. Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
4. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
6. Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area.
7. Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven customer service experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is a plus.
7. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
