What does success look like from the inside?

• Project contribution and ownership: Through the ownership of specific work streams and smaller projects you work closely with prospective corporate partners and our teams to design, structure and execute successful business design projects, with attention to detail, accuracy, deadlines and energy.
• Project management: We expect you to effectively prioritize your own work and keep the multidisciplinary team (other business designers, digital experimenters, designers & client stakeholders) informed on the progress. You understand the factors that contribute to project profitability and can make and implement recommendations to optimise.
• Self driven learning: You keep yourself up to date in strategy / value proposition development & testing and you can communicate this externally in ways that engage clients/candidates. You have a genuine curiosity in anything AI-related, that shows up by actively experimenting with it. 
• Business development: You contribute to business development efforts by spotting upsell opportunities on your project.  You make introductions to potential prospects within client companies.  You will have a clear understanding of our sales process and show ability to contribute to proposals and pitches in ways that convince clients and win exciting new work.

• You bring in 3+ years of relevant experience in an innovation / strategy / AI agency.
