Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 7500 Bonus

In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health and support individualized care plans alongside a skilled clinical team.  Whether you're experienced or just starting out, join Park View and take the next step in a nursing career that's both meaningful and rewarding.  

There are Full-Time (Evening) or Part-Time (Day) benefit eligible position available. 
Hours: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; 2:45 pm to 11:25 pm

Pay Range: $28.04 to $37.06 / hour depending on experience 
Full-Time is eligible for a $7,500 bonus; Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 bonus

LPN responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

LPN skills and requirements:

• Current MN LPN License.
• Must have CPR/ BLS certification. 
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
