Are you a driven professional with a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry? Geiss Med Hospice is seeking a proactive and engaging Business Development Liaison to join our vibrant team!

What You'll Do: 

• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities. 

• Engage and Educate: Deliver compelling presentations on our in-service offerings to various referral sources and continuously follow up to address their needs. 

• Be the Expert: Educate healthcare professionals and community members on the comprehensive benefits of hospice care services. 

• Liaise and Coordinate: Act as the essential link between Geiss Med Hospice and referral sources, ensuring that patient needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. 

• Resolve and Innovate: Address any concerns or issues faced by referral sources promptly and effectively and provide innovative suggestions to improve our marketing strategies. 

• Community Ambassador: Represent Geiss Med Hospice at community events to promote a positive image and awareness of our services. 

• Seamless Transitions: Work closely with discharge planners to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospitals and nursing facilities to their homes. 

What You Bring:
