Overview

Refills pyxis accurately; including pulling correct medication from stock, appropriate quantity, complies with check off procedures, correctly places product in nursing area pyxis- verifying quantities and expiration dates. Aware of pyxis reports and can utilize them when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience RequiredEducation/Licensure: high school diploma or GED and certified Pharmacy technician . Experience:One year hospital experience preferred, but retail experience is acceptable. Additional Skills/Abilities: Must have basic computer skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
