Our Principal Talent Business Partner will play a central role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy and driving the recruitment process for the most critical positions within the organization. Whether leading searches for VP-level talent, building succession strategies, and thinking about how we develop the future of Talent at StackAdapt, this senior-level position plays a pivotal role in StackAdapt’s growth.
From collaborating with leadership to identify hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent, the Principal Talent Business Partner is responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that turns candidates into advocates for the StackAdapt brand and product. You will support our management team in developing the capability and competencies of the entire Talent team through 1:1 and 1:many coaching that shares your passion and expertise in recruitment to help inspire others to reach new heights.
You will aspire to go beyond being a trusted partner to the business, to become an active contributor to the Talent strategy for StackAdapt’s Executive Leadership. Using your experience and market knowledge to look ahead and identify talent gaps, and find scalable solutions to address them through partnering with internal teams and external talent.
This role is strategic at its core, and will require someone with exceptional drive, business acumen, and curiosity to truly thrive. This is a great opportunity for a tenured Executive recruiter to join a collaborative team and drive process, strategy and recruitment forward.

What you'll be doing
- Drive successful hiring efforts for Senior Leadership roles across all business units, bringing a strategic perspective to shaping the role and utilizing talent intelligence in the conversation to ensure we’re making the best possible decisions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and networking to identify and engage with top leadership talent across our industry, building relationships with critical talent that can accelerate our business.
- Become the subject matter expert in talent acquisition in the team, providing advice, guidance, and inspiration to the Talent team in how to become world class talent professionals.
- You are forward thinking, with a keen eye on trends and what is happening and coming up in talent acquisition, looking to always elevate our processes through new technologies, approaches, and innovative thinking.
- Dive into data to really understand what has happened, and predict what will happen. You live and breathe data and analysis to drive better outcomes for the business.
What you will bring to this role
- A wealth of experience and knowledge in the Talent Acquisition space. You are confident in your wealth of knowledge in your craft and consider yourself a subject matter expert in recruitment
- Deep experience hiring senior leaders (Director, VP and C level) in high-growth environments where the needs change quickly and leaders need to make rapid, effective decisions.
- Enthusiasm and experience in using data to manage and improve hiring performance, with clear understanding of what diagnostic metrics are important and how to use them.
- Passionate about driving change, improvement and mentoring and developing those around you.
