Responsibilities

Represents the hospital in patient financial matters pertaining to requests and reviews for financial assistance.  Works with the patient or patient representative to coordinate appropriate interaction and assistance according to Northside Hospital Financial Assistance policy and procedure.  

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

Three (3) years of experience in healthcare or financial services OR Associate's degree in business plus one (1) year of experience in healthcare or financial services.

Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.

 

PREFERRED

 

A.S. degree in business.

Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

 

Work Hours:

8am-4:45pm
